Safari Overview
8 Days Tanzania Migration safari takes you to witness the largest movement of animals in the world; and natural wonder. This happens each year, with the actual moment when the migrants dive into the Mara River to Masai Mara for green pasture. Over 2 million wildebeests; both young and old, accompanied by thousands of zebras, gazelles and others spend nights and days in search for survival. It is always breathtaking to listen to the young ones look for their mothers and likewise.
More to this migration is the fact that they have to move for days and miles, facing off with their fears such as the hippos, leopards, lions, and crocodiles. Hundreds die in this journey as thousand move on. These migrants only count a day they are in, and you will have to keep in tabs with following their journey day and night. This all takes place through the Serengeti-Masai Mara Eco-system. The trip starts and ends at Arusha Tanzania.
